Jillian,
I didn't lose any weight the first three weeks either, then I lost 3 pounds the fourth week. The fifth week I didn't lose anything, and then I stopped doing it and decided to do low carb instead. But I liked the lack of hunger I had during the day, and not having to figure out what to have for breakfast and lunch, so I think I'll give it another try. I also liked that I could still have some junk food, which you really can't do on low carb because it throws you out of ketosis. Even though I ate junk food, I really tried to make sure I got some healthy protein in each day as well.
I'm going to stick with it for six weeks this time, and see what happens.
You aren't alone!
Amy
