Thank you for being an adoptive mom of a special child. I am so familiar with fetal alcohol. I bet our kids have some similar issues aqnd like me, you are also busy! The rewards are wonderful though...So, you are sort of just starting also? Yup, we slip and pick ourselves back up. Tonight, I made a pork loin roast and had green beans and crushed tomatoes with it and a bit of cottage cheese. I ate more veggies though and do not know if I will indulge anything else, unless it is a protein shake. What is paleo? I guess I will discover triggers besides being away from home. When we are doing family business, is when it gets rough for me. I am used to eating fast food those mornings. I will plan for the next one though so I'll do better. I have been drinking a lot more green tea also which has been refreshing, plus 99 ounces of water! How much weight are you looking to lose? I am looking at at least 100! Good luck to you.
