In case your curious - Eat Stop Eat is just fasting for 24 hours 1 or 2 times per week. (I kicked myself when I realized I had paid $50 for that... lol) It kicked started my weight loss though. There is really nothing fancy about it. The book is 40 pages of "why this won't kill your metabolism - and oh by the way by my OTHER ebooks for too....)
Katrina,I'm finishing up week 3 here and already have some results to show for it. I also was looking at ESE when I came across Fast5. I could not however afford to pay all that money for Brad's information to learn what the ESE plan was. From what i understand moving your window once you're in control is fine. The idea is to limit the time that food is available to only 5 hours during any given day.Someone correct me if Im wrong!Rebecca--On Mon, Mar 22, 2010 at 12:58 PM, Katrina Flanary <tigersmoondiva@gmail.com> wrote:
Welp, I have been a member of this list for a while now. I have been IFing since the end of January. I have actually been using the Eat Stop Eat method. A couple of us actually asked Brad Pilon what the difference was between ESE and Fast 5. The question has been ignored multiple times. So - I have decided to find out for myself. Here I am on day one of Fast 5. I am excited to get started as I have read of people having their energy levels increase during using this method. I don't really think I will have much trouble pushing back my break-fast simply because I have been fasting twice a week anyway. So really all I am doing is increasing the frequency. My "window" is later than most because we tend to be up late and sleep late due to my husband's backward schedule. I am curious if this window is "movable though" In other words on the weekdays 7-12 or so is great but on the weekends I would prefer 5-10 or so (mainly due to social issues.)
Any thoughts?ThanksKatrina
