[fast5] Re: Enjoying The Process

Thanks you for your inspiring post, de Vie. I am moving toward a similar approach in terms of enjoying and appreciating food, as well as the periods of fasting. I also am enjoying feeling movement, as I feel a lot more energy eating this way. I feel like my body is waking up.

It's interesting that you mention yoga and dance, as I am trying to do more of both (though my last few quarters in law school make that challenging.) I have exams this week, and have scheduled a combined yoga/dance workshop for Sunday. I'm sooo looking forward to it.
