Re: [fast5] Trying Fast 5

Hi

The window is movable and you may get se expert replies..... I a kid moving it because it makes me vulnerable to eating outside of it, but it is what works for you that you want to do.

There is no difference between Eat Stop Eat except that he talks a out fasting once or twice a week.... Fasting daily may activate certain genes that keep us healthy and thin, and may kick in about week 3.

I am almost two months into this and I really love it. Good luck!

Welp,  I have been a member of this list for a while now.  I have been IFing since the end of January.  I have actually been using the Eat Stop Eat method.  A couple of us actually asked Brad Pilon what the difference was between ESE and Fast 5.  The question has been ignored multiple times.  So - I have decided to find out for myself.  Here I am on day one of Fast 5.  I am excited to get started as I have read of people having their energy levels increase during using this method.  I don't really think I will have much trouble pushing back my break-fast simply because I have been fasting twice a week anyway.  So really all I am doing is increasing the frequency.  My "window" is later than most because we tend to be up late and sleep late due to my husband's backward schedule.  I am curious if this window is "movable though"  In other words on the weekdays 7-12 or so is great but on the weekends I would prefer 5-10 or so (mainly due to social issues.)

Any thoughts?

Thanks

Katrina
