[fast5] Re: I almost gave up on Fast-5!

Great going everyone!
I'm a 5'5" guy and weighed 144 lbs. 10 weeks ago. Thought I was in shape from working out and had no gut, and assumed I had no more than 10 lbs. to lose. I now weigh 132 and could conceivably drop 10 lbs. more before my handles are completely gone. Which is fine by me. Numbers on a scale don't count, what I see in the mirror does.

I almost gave up at week 4 due to some unexpected reactions (bingeing, weakness and extreme thirst). They were very temporary, so I'm sure glad I hung on. FF is the easiest eating plan I've ever been on. Needless to say, I also am very happy.
