Hi everyone. I'm a newbie here. I read the Fast 5 e-book and I started eating just once a day about 3 weeks ago. The first week for my one meal I didn't make the healthiest choices. I ate pizza and hamburgers a few times. This past week I've been eating salads and lean protein for my meal. I still have a few bites of cheesecake and a few crackers. I'm a junk food junkie and it's been hard trying to stop cold turkey.
My problem is that I have not lost any weight at all. I've also stopped having regular bowel movements. I know in the e-book he mentions your bowel habits would change, but he didn't elaborate. I also know that he says one pound of weight loss a week was what to expect, but I've eaten this way before and I've always lost a few pounds a week. Yesterday I had maybe 900 calories total. I'm shooting for 1,000 a day (I'm under 5' tall).
I'm getting discouraged and just wondering if anyone has any advice for me. More about myself - I turn 30 next week and I have a desk job. I do try to walk a few times a week but with a toddler at home, I can't always get away.
