Hi..
I've had great success with fast five for the hours of 7am to noon feeding window..every time I try to fast all day, I do poorly, can't deal with the headaches, nausea, etc even though I eat clean and light.
I'm wondering if ANYONE here can use whatever feeding window they like, depending on their social schedule and other obligations?
I'm new at this and my goal is to be able to extend my window by a few hours any given day to accomodate social events. Seems if I don't eat by TEN at the LATEST (and that's EXTREMELY taxing on my body) then I'm lost. I can't do daytime fasting if I don't eat. I can stop completely by noonish,even 10am until the next day, but I'm not good if I don't eat when I wake up.
Is there anyone who can use whatever feeding window they want, as long as they're fasting before it?
I would be so grateful to get to that point. Right now Fast Five is putting a bit of a damper on my social scene, which I'll gladly deal with for now, but can't see it working forever, no dinner.
