Yes, as a long-term (10 years) limited-window eater, I basically eat whatever foods I fancy during my window, though my "fancy" - guided by my judgement of what's healthy - tends to minimise consumption of "junk" foods - cookies, candy or whatever - except as "treats". This makes sense simply based on the practicalities of satisfying the body's core nutritional requirements within a limited eating window. Typically, I eat a wide variety of home-cooking from all the major food groups, and eating out, I'm fond of most of the major ethnic cuisines. At the same time, I've got my broad calorie balance somewhere in view (i.e. am I tending to get a bit fatter, thinner, or stay the same?) and this guides overall quantities, depending on the demands of what I'm doing. I typically exercise a lot, and in fact one of the chief benefits of regular exercise to me is it allows me to eat more! I would class myself as a naturally hearty eater, and FF + an active lifestyle - i.e. control over calories in, and calories out - are the two factors that stand between me and obesity.

Is there anyone here who is NOT following another kind of diet inside their window? eg, low carb, zero carb, low fat, vegetarian, vegan etc.
Did it still work for you?
