Everyone has to figure out what their body runs best on but that test should give you a good starting point as to what your needs are. I really don't like to adhere to any "diet" other than Fast-5 as I tend to eat according to how I feel. But that test will put you in the ballpark of whether you should follow the carb-heavy FDA food pyramid or meat-heavy Paleo or something else inbetween. Then you can fine tune your eating habits to fit your unique metabolism.
