I know a lot of you guys are low carb mixed with fast 5. Can you give me some information on this? Are you generally Atkins style? (I vear from Atkins because I was on it about a year ago and they tend to be incredibly dogmatic. YEESH)
So without being dogmatic what are you guys doing? Do you lose at a better rate combining the 2? Do you stick to their "never go under 1800 calorie" thing?
I am ready to get going on this again - after 4 days of binging. and I was on my third week too - Easter REALLY screwed me up!
