[fast5] Re: "The Shangri-La Diet"

I tried it for a while, but I never actually lost any weight. Apparently it can take a really long time to work for some people, and I'm sort of impatient by nature...

I was thinking of trying it again in conjunction with Fast5. I'm curious if it would have a negative effect if taken during the 19-hour window.
