Re: [fast5] altering the feeding times

What are you eating? I eat late in the day, and have only found it
possible when I'm eating fat/ protein and not much carbs. Definitely not
grains... when I do, I'm absolutely ravenous the next morning, and my
blood sugar crashes if I don't eat something. Headaches for sure.
