| Hi, I am absolutely not following any kind of diet at all, just fast 5 since 1-25-10, and have lost a solid pound a week. I am also not counting any calories at all, and eat sweets regularly. I do, however, eat only one meal during my window, and from time to time will have a very very small snack as well. Basically, one meal in my window. I generally eat in the evening, dinner with my family. That also means tasting while cooking, etc, since that is in my window. I do believe that I actually eat less now, I noticed early on that it was difficult to eat my usual portions. But this has been without any effort, truly. I love this diet.
