Hi Jennifer, sorry it took so long to get back with you. I don't have a list but if I have a question about a food, I just Google it along with "glycemic index" or "glycemic load" or go directly to http://www.glycemicindex.com/ which seems like a pretty good resource. Mostly I just discern whether a food could be found outside in it's natural state. IOW, there are no doughnut trees so I don't eat doughnuts. It would be awfully hard to wrestle a wild nursing cow to get to it's teets so I don't use much dairy, unless I've eaten my Wheaties... which coincidentally don't grow on trees and ironically require milk to eat so I don't eat those either. ;)

I have a list that is abot 10 years old that shows all foods and how they break down on the glycemic index. It has been very helpful for me, but I know that things change over time so I have been looking for something more recent and trustworthy?
