Re: [fast5] Fast-5 and my story

There is definitely something going on with overweight besides

exercise. There are a lot of really FAT farmers around here, and
you know farming (even with a tractor) is just not lazy work.
Also, in China, Chinese businessmen get about as much
exercise as American businessmen, and eat MORE calories,
but are skinnier (and Chinese don't eat low carb: they eat mainly
rice).

My guess would be some gene gets triggered by "something"
and puts the body into fat storage mode. Then it is darn hard to
get out of that mode. Fast-5 seems to do it though.

You get a ton more exercise than I do! And I am 5'6" and 120 lbs... so I
agree with you.

It seems to me you need more sleep. With that little sleep, your
cortisol levels are probably really high, which makes you hold on to the
weight.

Perhaps you could get a blood test to see how your thyroid, folic acid,
vitamin d, iron, testosterone levels, etc are... Also, if you are older
than 35, you might consider a hormone panel. Read any of Suzanne Somers'
latest books to see what I'm talking about. Your hormones could be off
and be the culprit for the weight.

Congrats on finding Fast 5!
