I was on the 24 hour fast twice a week before I was on Fast 5 - and on average (ignoring this week) I ate MORE on the 24 hour fast then I have been on Fast 5. Fast 5 I have been at about 1000 calories a day - whereas ESE I was averaging 1600. Ironically even though my calories have dropped - my weight hasn't yet. So I think I must be on a plateau.
If you compare how many calories you consume in a 24-hour period while on a Fast-5 schedule to what you would typically consume in the same period on a traditional eating schedule, what do you think the difference is?
This is the question I'm posting in my blog (http://www.fast-5.com/content/fast-5-calorie-restriction)
There's no "right" answer -- I'm just curious and would appreciate hearing your estimates (or actual numbers if you've been calorie-counting.)
Please post your replies on the blog or here as you prefer and include whether you're in a weight-loss phase or maintaining.
Thanks very much,
Bert
