I'm eating mostly fish these days too. For my take I think fish
is a really superior protein source for human beings. Esp. the
small, shallow-water fish, which have been THE main protein source
for the majority of human beings for most of history. Deep-water
fish like tuna weren't so frequently eaten until we invented deep-water
fishing boats.
When people talk about "paleo eating" ... the paleo
folks did eat meat, but they ate a whole lot of water-food too.
It's a lot easier to catch a clam than to catch a cow, and in most
paleo groups studied recently, the bulk of the daily food was provided
by women and children, who aren't usually real good with spears
and dodging big horns.
Fish-farming is undergoing big changes too, and I think in the
future you will see both better practices and more healthy fish
coming from farms. The Aquaponics movement is amazing: it's
totally non-polluting and sustainable and if done right, both
the fish and the vegies are nice and healthy.

No. I don't eat eggs. Protein has been an issue but I do eat fish so that is themain source of protein for me.
I go for the lowest guy epic index foods that are not meat or dairy. With fast-5 this now works great for me. I just have extra piece of fish at feeding time :).Sent from my Verizon Wireless BlackBerry
