OK, just a brief update for those wondering about exercise and fasting. I went out and rode my bike 65 miles (100+km) this morning completely fasted. It took about 4 hours and all I had was water. At the halfway point I put a packet of salt in my water and headed home. It was over 90 degrees F (over 32C) so I kept hydrated and salted. Actually, it wasn't too bad. My blood sugar felt good. I even still had some power left towards the end for some hills.
