Re: [fast5] Nothing is happening!

The difference between maintaining and losing weight is a very few calories per day.  Try cutting out just one thing that you are currently eating/drinking each day.  Select something you feel you can live without and remain happy.  I predict you will begin losing a pound a week if you do.

Best wishes,
Linda

Help, I need some encouragement.  I have been following fast 5 for just over 4 weeks and I am still stuck at the same weight.  I did lose 0.6 of a pound for a day but that went straight back on the next day.  I have been 187.6 for 4 weeks and only had 2 odd days where I had to eat at lunchtime.  Am I  still wanting things to happend to quickly?  I do eat really healthy (grow all my own vegest) and only indulge with the old treat very occasionally.  I am obviously still eating too much during my window but I generally think I am eating far less than I used to before I started this.  Would like to hear if anyone started slowly like this.  It will keep me going!  Thank you.

Lesley.
