Suzie I could have written this with regards to myself, word for word. It's nice to know we're not alone in our struggles. A little bit of support can go a long long way! Congratulations on the weight loss. One pound at a time is all we can hope for, in the right direction of course. I think as long as we eat healthily and make sure we get enough protein in our meals so they are not carb dominant, the weight we lose will be the right weight. Especially if we are trying to be as active as we can at the same time.
Remember you are not alone. Anytime you are struggling or need a lift, post a message. I'm sure there are lots of lurkers, like I was that will post when they realise we are all struggling with our own little gremlins.
