I didn't lose weight on adf. I was super hungry MWF and couldn't stick with it.

I haven't lost any weight on Fast 5 but haven't really been trying to, just been maintaining. I lost my weight following ADF on MWF, that worked really well for me and fairly quickly too, I wasn't even doing any exercise then due to an injury.
