I was on Fast 5 (strict and no cheating) for 3 months and nothing happened. I had to go zero carb and then lost 20 in a month and a half. Some people can keep to whatever diet they want during the window but it didnot work for me at all. I still follow Fast 5 - it has its benefits but I also stick with zero carb. I dont want to scare you because this seem to be a-typical but this is my story.
