I take a calcium/magnesium pill and a B vitamins pill when I'm eating.
I follow a vegetarian diet but am almost vegan, eat very little dairy so worry about my calcium levels a bit and the vitamin B's for the same reason, also supposed to help with hormonal mood swings. Don't know if they work but make me feel like I'm doing something.
