Re: [fast5] Nervous about empty tummy

Eventually you just won't be hungry. Taking a drink of konjac/psyllium in the morning can make your tummy feel full though, which can help psychologically.

I admit I am uneasy about doing anything important on an empty stomach. I had a meeting in the morning with a client, so I decided to eat breakfast. I was afraid to go to an important meeting hungry.

But eating breakfast messed up my fast 5, I ended up snacking all day.

I suppose as I get used to this, going to a meeting without eating won't trouble me.
