OK, I'm trying to zoom, one more time, thru the F5 ebook (thanks again,
Bert!).
I have successfully used fast 5 and worked out but more often than not when
I get home from my workout, I want to eat the refrigerator!!
Recently I started closing my eating window 12 hrs before my work out. I
really love how I feel doing that. Twice, I've eaten past the window and
felt awful during my workout.
But following Fast5 would mean fasting for another 6 hours after my work out
is over.
I'd love to know how I work around that intense hunger that hits me post-WO.
I've managed to fast (a couple of times) two hours after my WO, but not 6
hours.....
I know we've discussed it here before (and I'll see how much I can find on
my own), but I'd love to hear from those of you who are weight training
(Andy's always a good one for this topic!!).
