Our local dairy is hoping to sell raw butter "soon" (all that talk about
"spring butter" sounds delish!).
The best I've been able to do, locally, is "organic". But it is salted...
And I don't hesistate to take a scoop and eat it, either!
(now you can still keep your lovely liver!!)
