Re: [fast5] "free glucometer"



The meter they're giving out is the OneTouch Ultra mini meter.


I've seen the strips in a number of different pharmacies, it's the OneTouch Ultra strips it takes. I'm not sure of the price of them, as I get mine on prescription. The kit does come with some to start with.

Free glucometer isnt so good if the strips cost more or are hard to get...

For any one who is interested, I did come across a website offering free
glucometers. I've ordered one from them a few weeks ago (I'm a type 2
diabetic) and it arrived a few days ago. It may be useful to have one
around, so at least you can track what your sugars are doing.
