In the short run though, it's the pits to go through. Getting into Fast-5 gradually is probably better (I went cold turkey, and it was pretty bad. I yelled at everyone). Otherwise, I think snacking on something very low cal isn't a bad halfway-step: raw vegies. Or lemon juice tea. Exercise can work too, if you can manage it. <<
