You don't need huge quantities of seaweed to get enough iodine,
really. And it doesn't have to be dulse. I typically put a little in
soups, and no one tastes it or knows it is there, but it does
make the soup tastier. Most people who have tried my furikake
like it ... I actually got addicted to it when I was a kid.
