I've messed with my eating window, too.
I've had it recommended to me to do my weight training at least 12 hrs
fasted and I start my WO at 530am, so I close my eating window at 530pm.
Makes for a reeeeally long evening, esp when my rotten kids make popcorn or
something like that and usually I don't even have the family dinner ready by
that time, so all the yummy asparagus or stir fry stuff I make for the
family isn't for me since I've had to close my eating window!
But I love how I feel doing my workout fasted so I will continue to close my
eating window at 530pm. Now if I could only manage to not open it till
1230pm.....!
