I apologize if I have too many questions. I am supposed to be taking Inositol powder (1 1/4 tsp daily) for my PCOS (Poly Cystic Ovarian Syndrome))
I read it is best to take this Inositol powder on an emtpy stomach. So if I take it during the fasting period, is it going to mess up anything? Does inositol have calories in it? It tastes sweet like powdered sugar, dont want to mess up how Fast-5 works.
