[fast5] Re: Diabetic?

That means I need to watch my carbs/sugar with a blood sugar at 140. Nows the time to prevent diabetes or at least complications, instead of waiting until my doctor "diagnoses" me with diabetes after my sugars are over 200. It makes more sense to get healthy and eat right now.
