Something I am curious about (and am mentioning here because of the coffee) is Truvia. Does this stuff mess with the fast? I ask this because it is listed as no calorie - but has a few carbs listed (I am unsure how it can have carbs without calories - but that is why I am asking) I haven't been using it - but it would REALLY help because I love Truvia - and can't handle aspertame because of headaches.
Hi everyone! I'm just getting started and really only have one problem with sticking with this plan....I'm a morning coffee junkie. I can't seem to break the habit and I don't like it black. Is there any kind of creamer substitute that I could use and stay within the rules of the plan? Any suggestions appreciated! Thanks. I'm looking forward to all the great advice and inspiration.
