Re: [fast5] Just want to say Hello

I have been using the Wii Fit scale for a year thinking the same thing - saying it's inaccurate would be an understatement. The thing is cruel AND inaccurate. I finally bought a real scale last weekend - $20 well spent - and my weight no longer fluctuates by 10 pounds either way. (However on the real scale I am about 10-14 pounds heavier than on the Wii Fit) IMO - NO scale is better than using the Wii Fit - that thing will have you more confused than anything. I won't even discuss the days it thinks you gain weight then starts asking "Why?" UGGH ! You can get on it 5 minutes afterword and get yet ANOTHER weight for the day!

> Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I had recently found out about this diet on the 11 o'clock news monday night. When I heard how it was done I thought to myself 'Geez, I've been doing that the past 3-4 days...' To find out what I had been doing unconciously was a diet I was intrested. The next day I went to the news station site and found the link to the Fast-5 diet site and downloaded the book. I immediatly read it all the way through. I found the plan quite logical in it's own way. As I said earlier I've pretty much only been eating dinner, most of the time I'm just thirsty rather than hungry so a drink can curb the tummy rumbles.
