I don't know what I was thinking but my body is thanking me for getting back on the fast-5 way of eating.
I was here about two years ago and somehow reverted back to the breakfast, lunch and dinner mentality which also put weight back on... feeling sluggish and w/o energy. I've been back with fast-5 for a week now and am just starting to feel like I'm getting over the hump. It's been a rough week getting to the 5 to 10 window and letting my body and mind relax about not eating all the time. Sure feels good and I know it'll get easier with time. I catch myself w/ food habits that have nothing to do with hunger.
I've gone back and reread a lot of posts in this past week. This site is very motivating and thanks to all that have posted so much great info. Definately helped with some of my behavioral ups and downs during this past week.
