[fast5] Re: I buy too much food

I always try and break my fast with some fruit and then make sure I eat lots of veggies with my meal. I snack on nuts quite a lot but I do have days when I stuff my fat face with chocolate, crisps and ice-cream. I don't really worry about it as I just go back to being a good girl the next day. OK, it's probabley not all that good for my body but sometimes it's what my mind needs. I'm on fast5 to maintain my body weight and it does that, if I put on a pound or 2 due to some bad eating I know for sure that it will drop off again over the next week so I'm happy.

The lovely light, energetic feeling I have throughout the daytime before I eat at 5pm is a good bonus too no matter if I've been a bit naughty the day before. I think some people who post here do eat the Fast5 way purely for the health benefits and I'm in awe of them, I would love to respect my body enough to eat well all the time but I am too weak willed so just do the best I can without being miserable.

Diets tend to make one feel miserable about every naughty food eaten, Fast5 doesn't do that to me but does encourage me to eat healthily most of the time and enjoy my odd choccie fest!
