My favorites:
1. Move your breakfast time back slowly (a half hour or hour a day).
2. Take konjac with meals (or PGX). You can take it between meals too.
3. Lemon juice tea or vinegar in water (you can add a little baking
soda to neutralize it).
4. Have an induction period that includes celery and carrot sticks, or
apple slices.
5. Avoid a lot of starch and be sure there is plenty of protein in
your meals, so they "stick with you" longer.
