I drink diet pop and nap when I can. I am in week 4 and am not needing the naps anymore . Look carefully at your activities and if you do anything that is not associated with eating, do that. Plus I look forward to my window and I know that I can eat well then.

I love this WOE, however I fell off the wagon for about two weeks. I want to return, but I need help.
How do you deal with you hunger and cravings. I know they go away eventually, but that doesn't help now.
What are your favorite tricks?
