Re: [fast5] I almost gave up on Fast-5!

Wow! That is wonderful to read. Thank you!!

That inspires me to share my fast-5 experience.

I am almost 5'6" and weighed 127... which is about 5 lbs too much on me.
When I was 36, 2 years ago, I tried cutting out sugar and wheat. For the
next year and a half, I tried a raw diet. A paleo diet. I tried boot
camp exercise. Nothing worked.

Finally, just as a way to increase energy, I tried fast-5. Well, lo and
behold, those pounds came off in the blink of an eye. I have soooo much
more energy. My grocery bills are down to nothing. I have more time on
my hands. And I'm not even hungry outside my window (that took about 3
weeks).

I am very happy!
