I use the nap trick too, when I'm sleeping I don't feel hungry. And together with the diet pop I think it's going to work...

I love this WOE, however I fell off the wagon for about two weeks. I want to
return, but I need help.
How do you deal with you hunger and cravings. I know they go away
eventually, but that doesn't help now.
What are your favorite tricks?
