[fast5] Greens Re: Omega 3's

We never ate greens when I grew up. It took me some time to learn to like them.
I like Kale and collards. I have to chop then fairly fine, across the grain; otherwise, they are too hard for me to chew. I cook them and eat them with some sort of fat, then they taste good to me. They are wonderful with bacon, also good with tahini sauce, or butter. Butter with toasted walnuts sprinkled on top, yum.

I don't know much about potassium-sodium, but I know dark leafy greens are really good for you.
