Carolyn,
Am I missing something here? The very chart you sent lists nothing for Omega-3 for coconut oil...it says that coconut oil is 1.9 Omega-6, 0.0 Omega-3, 1.9 Poly, 6.2 Mono, 91.9 Sat.
I had been going by nutritiondata.com which says that 1 tbsp. of coconut oil contains 11.7 grams saturated fat, 0.8 Mono, 0.2 Poly, 243 grams Omega-6 and zero for Omega-3.
I understand that coconut oil is saturated, but I don't think it contains Omega-3s.
