Heather,

That's very good news about the itching sensitivity going away. On this diet, my goiter has shrunk a bit. It used to be difficult for me to swallow and I had coughing fits and I always lost my voice after talking loud for only ten minutes (at a concert or in a big crowd at a sporting event, etc.) My voice would be gone until the next morning. It still makes me cough a bit to talk loud, but it's definitely better.

I look forward to the itching signal to get better too although it is a way to recognized I've been glutened.

What are bonita flakes...at least I think that's what you wrote in an earlier post about your seasoning.
