Re: [fast5] 4 weeks in

That sounds really good, Elia - and it will warm me up too. I'll give it a try. Thanks!

I like to have a chicken broth when opening my window at 3 pm.. I let it in the fridge ready to be warmed..... lots of water, some potato and carots, seasoning in the broth besides the chicken.... and I can wait for diner after that..

For vegies, it helps to eat your vegies first (or with the first part
of your meal). It doesn't work for me at all if I wait. I save sweets
for last ... usually I don't eat them either, or not much because I'm
full, but probably sweets aren't really needed for good health :-)

The "cold" part is sometimes cortisol, a hormone that gets pumped out
to raise your blood sugar. It can give you the "low blood sugar"
feelings (even if your blood sugar is just fine or even high).
Exercise, oddly enough, helps (it makes you pump out adrenaline, which
counteracts cortisol, IIRC). Drinking lemon juice tea or some vinegar
in water can help too.
