You're right, vegan - I do know what I SHOULD be doing, but knowing and doing are two different things, LOL!  I realize planning is key - I just need to plan the RIGHT things - not like the bowl of microwave popcorn I planned for yesterday!  ;-)

It helps me a lot to plan ahead what I'm going to eat when my window opens. Hearing you write about your thoughts makes me think that you know what you ought to do...if you put that into action, you've solved your problem! Really, planning (when I'm not hungry) makes all the difference for me!
