I tried raw vegan (following Nattalia Rose's books) for four months, and
became so fatigued and light-headed that I couldn't even do exercise
classes by the end of it. The biggest culprits, I suspect, were lack of
protein and fat. I don't have info at the tip of my fingertips as to
who, what, where, when, and why. I suppose you could always try it and
find out! :-) But my short answer would be no... don't do mono raw vegan
meals. No human has ever lived that way. We are not evolved to live that
way. Maybe for a day or a week... but that's it.
