Re: [fast5] Mono-Meals? In desperate need of advice, Please!



I also did it for four months with poor results. It’s embarrassing almost to admit that now, but its true! :)

I thikn (well I know :))there is another friend of mine on here that used to eat this way and she agrees that it is not healthy.

But a lot of us have tried it before we knew better.

I tried raw vegan (following Nattalia Rose's books) for four months, and
became so fatigued and light-headed that I couldn't even do exercise
classes by the end of it. The biggest culprits, I suspect, were lack of
protein and fat. I don't have info at the tip of my fingertips as to
who, what, where, when, and why. I suppose you could always try it and
find out! :-) But my short answer would be no... don't do mono raw vegan
meals. No human has ever lived that way. We are not evolved to live that
way. Maybe for a day or a week... but that's it.
