Well, you don't have to get your potassium from greens necessarily,
but basically if you eat way more sodium than you do potassium, it
isn't good for your body. Potassium comes from vegetable/fruit sources
mainly. The American diet is way higher in sodium than potassium,
since most people eat mainly starches and meats, and few
vegies/fruits. And most processed food is highly salted.

Personally I love bacon too! I eat it crispy on top of my greens :-)
