Have any of you chewed sugar free gum or mints during your fast? I typically don't, and will usually have a piece before I break my fast but am wondering if you've still had success with the plan and chewed gum?
Also I bought these calorie free Sobe Lifewaters the other day and was about to enjoy one when I saw that although they are calorie free and sugar free, they still contain carbohydrates. 6g to be exact. I suspect this is due to the fact that most of those types of drinks contain vitamins. Is this okay to have while fasting? I would assume not as it contains some sort of nutritional value but just thought I'd check.
